The WESTERNS EVER will be held in Saskatoon, SK from October 1-4, 2026.

Athletes from 7 Provinces and Territories will be coming to Saskatoon to compete, visit old friends and make new ones, and take the step towards competing at CanPL Nationals 2027.

If you are want to watch:

Yes - spectators will be allowed! Cash or card on the door, with discount for multi-day passes available!

If you want to volunteer:

We will need as much help as possible for this weekend! Volunteer sign up will be available shortly. Encourage your friends and training partners to sign up and help out!

If you are an athlete:

Lifter Roster will be updated as registrations come in. The schedule will be posted after registration closes.

Meet Directors

  • Vice-President of the SPA.

    We’ve been hosting meets since 2016, including multiple SPA Provincial Championships. Our goal is to provide the best experience possible for athletes, volunteers and spectators.

    I’ve been competing for 13 years and have been a National Referee since 2019.

  • Experienced running multiple local competitions and assistant with volunteer recruitment and coordination for several large-scale events.


    The volunteer experience is key to ensuring meets run. From custom gifts and catered meals, to an abundance of snacks we do everything to make sure volunteers have fun.
